The Terms and Conditions below is the basis of the contractual relationship between you, the passenger, and us, Guilin Car Service.com. By hiring a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please be sure to carefully read these terms and make sure you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Reservation
- Once receiving the reservation from you, one of the consultants from GuilinCarService.com will start to assist you in finding a satisefed vehicle based on your requests within 24 hours.
- Upon the receipt of your payment, the Guilin Car Service.com will process the final booking immediately and make the booking secured by sending you the confirmation as soon as possible. In the confirmation, you will be informed the final details of the car type, driver's name and mobile phone number, and local agency emergency number, etc. In case, any conditions have to be changed after the confirmation, GuilinCarService reserves the right to make changes and provide the similar alternative options.
- It is highly recommended to make your reservation 30 days prior to the actual departure date especially for the high season from April to October. A full payment by Paypal is required 10 days prior to your actual arrival date. Should the car hiring within 15 days before departure for your Guilin trip, full payment is required.

Cancellation and Refund
We deeply regret your decision to cancel your booking. However we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Should you need to cancel your booking, your cancellation must be in written turn. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the cancellation date which will be effective on the date of receipt by Guilin Car Service.com.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
- Cancellation received more than 30 days before departure: CNY0
- Cancellation received from 21 to 30 days before departure: 5% of the price
- Cancellation received from 7 to 20 days before departure: 10% of the price.
- Cancellation received from 3 to 6 days before departure: 20% of the price.
- Cancellation received from 2 to 0 days before departure: 30% of the price.
- No-show passengers ( * No-Show Policy) will be charged 100% of the price.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
Privacy Policy
Guilin Car Service.com does not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties.
Guilin Car Service.com reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies.
Airport Arrival Transfer Wait Time
Guilin Car Service provides up to 30 minutes of free wait time (up to 45 minutes of free wait time on International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your driver or call us within 45 minutes (60 minutes for International. Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
