We confirm your flight number

Send us the flight number and your hotel name when you book. The day before you travel we send the driver's name and mobile number by WhatsApp or email.

We monitor the arrival time, so the driver is in the terminal when you actually land — not when you were scheduled to.

In the arrivals hall

Look for your name

The driver stands just outside the baggage claim exit holding a sign with your name. If you cannot find him, call the number we gave you.

On the way

Straight to your hotel

About 40 minutes into the city, depending on traffic. The driver helps with luggage and drops you at the hotel entrance.

Questions

How long will the driver wait if I am delayed?

Waiting time is free and counted from the moment your plane lands: 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, 45 minutes for international arrivals that need immigration. That covers deplaning, baggage and currency exchange.

What if my flight is cancelled or rerouted?

Message us as soon as you know. There is no charge for a cancelled flight as long as you tell us before the driver sets out — and if you are rebooked onto a later flight the same day, we simply shift the pickup at no extra cost.

Where exactly do I meet the driver?

Just outside the baggage claim exit in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. We confirm the exact spot when your booking is placed.

Can you drop me at a hotel in Yangshuo instead?

Yes, but that is a different route with a different price — see our airport-to-Yangshuo transfer page. Yangshuo is about 65 km further than the city.

Is the price the same at night?

Yes. There is no night surcharge and no extra for weekends. The rate is the same whatever time your flight lands.

Do I need to pay in advance?

Getting a quote is free and commits you to nothing. Once you accept it we take a deposit to hold the driver — the amount is in your confirmation — and the balance is settled at the end of the transfer, in CNY or by card.

How much luggage fits?

A 5-seat sedan takes two large suitcases plus hand luggage. For three or more large cases, or if you are four passengers, choose the 7-seat MPV.
