Three vehicle sizes, all with a professional driver. Every car is air-conditioned, licensed and insured, and cleaned between trips. You are booking the vehicle and the driver together — we do not offer self-drive hire.
All rates are per vehicle, not per person. The seat count excludes the driver.
The seat limit is only half the question — luggage decides it too. A 5-seat sedan carries three passengers comfortably, but three people with three large suitcases will not fit. As a rule of thumb:
If you are unsure, tell us the number of people and the number of cases. We will tell you honestly which vehicle you need — including when the smaller one is genuinely enough, because we would rather you came back than upsold you once.
All our drivers hold a professional passenger licence and drive these routes regularly — Guilin to Yangshuo, up to Longji, out to the airport at any hour. English fluency varies: we assign the strongest English speakers to guests who ask for them, and we always tell you in advance what to expect rather than letting you discover it at the airport.
If a driver's English is limited, he can call our office and a member of staff will speak to you directly. That is how we have handled it since 2005.
