Liangjiang Airport (KWL) sits 30 kilometres west of the city. Where you are staying decides which transfer you need — the city is 40 minutes, Yangshuo is 90, and Club Med is in between.
That is the single most useful thing you can give us. We track the flight, so the driver arrives when your plane actually lands rather than when it was scheduled to.

30 minutes for domestic arrivals, 45 minutes for international ones that involve immigration. The clock starts when the aircraft lands. A delayed flight costs you nothing.
The driver helps with luggage and drops you at the entrance. If your hotel is down a lane that cars cannot enter, he gets as close as he can and tells you before you set off.
