Three steps, no account to create, no card details to enter up front. You get a fixed price in writing before anything is charged.
Send your dates, your route or wish list, how many of you there are, and roughly how much luggage. If you want an airport pickup, include the flight number — it is the single most useful thing you can give us. WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form all work.
Usually within two hours during office hours (08:00–22:00 China time). The reply states the vehicle, the driver arrangement, what is included, and the total. Not a range — a figure. If anything is unclear we ask before quoting rather than guessing and correcting later.
Reply to confirm. A deposit then holds the vehicle and driver; the amount is stated in the confirmation. The balance is settled at the end of the service, in CNY or by card. The day before you travel we send the driver's name and mobile number.
As soon as your dates are firm. Availability changes daily and the strongest English speakers get taken first. For Chinese New Year, the first week of May and the first week of October, book at least a month ahead — those are the three busiest travel weeks in China and drivers are genuinely scarce.
Outside those weeks we can often cover a booking made the day before. We would not recommend relying on it, but it is usually possible.
If any of those is missing or wrong, tell us before you pay the deposit. It is far easier to correct then than on the morning of the trip.
Changes need to reach us at least 48 hours before pickup, by email, phone or WhatsApp — not through the driver, who is not authorised to re-price a job. Cancellation is free more than 7 days before pickup; between 7 days and 48 hours it is 10% of the agreed price, within 48 hours 50%, and on the day or a no-show the full amount. The FAQ has the full policy.
Send your dates and route. We confirm the vehicle, the driver and a fixed price — usually within 2 hours.
